Josh, along with his wife Anna and their son came to Winfield in 2022 after serving in various pastoral roles at two other local churches. He is passionate about "Kingdom Building" both locally and abroad. He regularly encourages everyone he meets to grow in their personal walk with Christ in order to help build the Kingdom of God. He is very passionate about truth and unapologetically preaches the Word of God while helping others to understand and practice their unique gifts and talents in service of The Lord.

Lisa has been serving as the administrative assistant since 2019. She has been affiliated with Winfield since she relocated to Ohio from her home in Pennsylvania over 10 years ago. Serving others and being a part of Winfield's ministry through the years has been an integral part of strengthening her relationship with Christ.
